As the PTA moves into its fifth year of operation, the PTA is in a unique situation where the parents who started the PTA are transitioning out of their roles and handing off the legacy of the PTA to new parents.  As with all volunteer organizations effective leadership and community engagement are important to ensure success.  For the upcoming 2020-22 school years the PTA is looking for an individual to fill the President role.  The President is responsible for the overall leadership of the PTA, ensuring that the mission statement of the PTA is fully filled to support the SHPA community, teachers and the school.  Duties include leading monthly meetings, liasoning with school administration, managing officers and committees and ensuring fundraising opportunities meet the needs of SHPA.

If you are interested in the President position and/or any other opportunities to support the PTA either as an officer or a volunteer, please contact sevenhillspta@gmail.com
